Very nice response
It’s nice to have support from u people, we can access to any help through this app, that’s a great service to apple users. I always loved the apple devices and the app, and the iOS is very nice to work with. The only flaw I have come across is the camera selfie auto flipping, flipping it’s a good idea but it would be better if we had an option in the settings camera , for flipping and non-flipping. As cameras have great importance in capturing the moments, this auto-flipping is ruining whole fun. Thankyou
Urgent: Unfortunate Experience and Discrimination at Recent Apple Store Appointment
Dear Apple Customer Support,
I hope this message reaches you with the attention it deserves. I recently visited Dubai Mall Apple Stores for a scheduled appointment and encountered an extremely disheartening experience.
Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no record of my appointment, and I was instructed to book a new one, which came with a one-hour wait. In the midst of this, I briefly stepped away to discuss the situation with a friend. Upon returning and expressing my willingness to wait, I was told that I had to join the long queue again to book an appointment.
What perplexed me further was witnessing the support staff assisting individuals who were breaking the queue. This discrimination left me puzzled and frustrated, as I couldn't comprehend why I was being treated differently. When I approached the manager to express my concerns, my grievances were ignored, compounding my disappointment.
I believe in Apple's commitment to exceptional customer service, and this experience has left me questioning that commitment. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
Your prompt attention to this issue is greatly appreciated, and I look forward to a resolution that upholds the values of fairness and equality.

AirPods Pro is a failed model! Don’t buy it.
I’ve bought AirPods Pro 2.5 months ago. I’ve noticed that either of my EarPods don’t get detected. I have to continuously disconnect and then reconnect to make it get detected. Sometimes, either of my earpieces fail to get charged. I’ve noticed many people coming to the service center with the same issue. Service people know there’s something wrong with the design and yet, they keep us waiting in line for hours in the name of observation. They should be making the process quick and if necessary, replace the product with the new one. My device has warranty and still, I’m here, waiting for hours.
This is the second time I’ve come to the center. My only advice to people out there planning on buying AirPods Pro, just don’t waste your precious money on this failed product. Go for the previous version or just some other best company.
